Under new management, the park is reportedly undergoing efforts to address past issues and improve the living experience for its residents.
Mobile home parks provide a unique housing model where individuals often own their manufactured home but lease the land it sits on. This arrangement can significantly reduce housing costs compared to traditional homeownership, making it an appealing option for many looking for financial stability and a sense of community. The focus at Quackenbush Mobile Home Park appears to be on creating a comfortable environment, with ongoing work to enhance the property's infrastructure and living conditions.
It's important to approach any living situation with a full understanding of its current state and ongoing developments. Recent reviews indicate a period of transition, with comments reflecting both the challenges of past management and the visible efforts of the new team. One reviewer highlights that under new management, "cleaning up water and sewer issues are being fixed as issues arise," and that they are "remodeling older existing mobile homes." This suggests a proactive approach to addressing residents' needs and improving the overall quality of the park.
However, it's also clear there have been frustrations, as another review expresses strong criticisms regarding previous management, maintenance, and resident policies. This dichotomy underscores the ongoing nature of the improvements. Our goal here is to present a factual overview of Quackenbush Mobile Home Park, drawing on the available public feedback to help prospective residents in Missouri make an informed decision about whether this community aligns with their search for a quiet, affordable home.

Customer Reviews
Under new management, cleaning up water and sewer issues are being fixed as issues arise. Remodeling older existing mobile homes, and have 2 awesome maintenance men working everyday to get things fixed up. Nice little place outside of town, away from all the hustle and bustle.
If I could rate this place lower I would. There's also someone that posted on here with a conflict of interest Colleen gayman. She is The senior property manager. They refused to fix the sewers, And it keeps getting backed up. They're too lazy and stup!d to do the right thing. She touts herself as a Christian, that is the farthest from the truth. Good Christian people take care of others. They don't exploit them for money and greed. They have increased the rent multiple times since taking over. They say that they're going to only allow people with clean background checks to be able to move in this was also a lie. There's been multiple times when police have been called for drug use on the premises. They're so uneducated on how to run this place they can't even keep maintenance employees. Since they've taken over they've gone through more than 10 in 2 years of maintenance workers. Hopefully a class action lawsuit can be filed against the owner so that way she can no longer own this trailer park, and someone can come in and take care of the property and not exploit people for their own greed. God will judge them in the end. What's done in the darkness will come to light.
It’s nice , Be sure to check Everything in the trailer, be prepared for things not to get fixed on time or even a year later, be prepared to clean up Maintenance messes be prepared to go without heat, water and air conditioning and mold. My review will change if anything gets done I’ve lived here for over a yearI owe no rent and if you do Rent, make sure you take pictures and I have copies of it all still pay rent for a rotten roof mold in almost every room and the bottom of the walls literally falling apart with the paint because the ceiling the roof is rotten No stove for now going on almost 2 years. NOT CLEAN anymore I had to go pick up maintenance trash today. 10 stitches stitches because reports I’ve turned in for maintenance never made it to maintenance that need to be done in the trailer they still never gotten done.Everyone who rented are moving me I’m not gonna lose all that money. I have paid in rent make sure you retain a lawyer before moving in. . To be continued.
Lovely little trailer park Owner is friendly and he takes good care of the park. Very clean and the yard are always mowed. Tha owner real care about his tenets. The owner noticed that my grandmother had not opened her shades one day. So he checked on her. Good thing he did because she had a stroke. She had been laying on the floor all night. Wonderful place.
Very unprofessional and doesn't like to talk to people. We have tried for 2 weeks. Avoid their Renowned Realty, scammers.
