I don’t understand the negative comments and low reviews. I have lived here for two months now and found Deanna in the office and Mike in maintenance to be VERY helpful and customer service oriented. Anything I needed both from the office or maintenance has been attended to quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner! There has been a change in management since I’ve been here; so that may be the reason for low ratings in the PAST!? The pool is IMMACULATELY clean and well maintained. The Shower Room is the cleanest I seen anywhere... so is the Laundromat! The grounds are well kept... Mike and Kevin keep the entire resort grounds well cut and clean! The residents here are friendly and courteous. For me, this has been a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the park for 28 days. We were very satisfied with our stay. The office staff were very polite and the maintenance guys were spectacular! Mike met us on arrival and escorted us to our site. “Chuck” was so sweet and caring. You are lucky to have him on staff. We had a fire ant problem and he came right over! We also loved our daily bike rides! Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Tammy and Daniel Mayo

Management staff was awesome. Park crew was above the best. This just is not a resort as the name suggests. Unfortunately some of the people who live there are unpleasant.
