Royal oaks is incredibly well kept relative to other mobile home parks in the area. Alot of that probably had to do with the staff. Brittany works tirelessly around the clock serving her tenants and contractors making sure this place is running at its maximum capacity. I myself have personally done business with them multiple times and have not once had an issue that wasn't addressed and resolved immediately. Really happy with the customer service they provide.
I have lived at Royal Oaks for over a year and I have never had any complaints. It is very well maintained, and very peaceful and all the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and three if a high sense of understanding of life and I have been very happy! The property was recommended to me and I have recommended to numerous people looking and I will continue to help add to the community.
I thoroughly enjoy staying at this property. It's a quiet, clean neighborhood and safe for the kiddo's to run around and play. The management does a lot for the community and bringing the neighborhood together with different events for the kid's and parents. The Maintenance Man "Nathan" is amazing! And always quick to respond to any issues that arise in the units and is just all around helpful in general. If your looking for a quiet and safe spot for your family I would definitely recommend.

I am appalled by how I was treated by this place and management. We submitted so much paperwork and paid the application fee and qualified in every way except they had an issue with my ESA letter. They sent me the paperwork to pay the deposit but I let them know I would not pay until i was sure my dog could be on the property. They said it needed more information, my doctor told them that the request would have to be in writing what information they would need for my ESA letter, considering any additional information that would be added would be a HIPAA violation. They refused to provide this and refused to contact my doctor. My doctor wrote additional letters for them but they would not take them. I tried contacted corporate but no one returned my calls. I was told that because of my ESA letter my application was now denied unless I got rid of my dog. I am disgusted by the lack of consideration and how we were dragged through this for weeks and took up time we could have been looking else where. By the end I no longer felt comfortable nor safe living on the property because of how I was treated. Fortunately we found another rental company that took my ESA letter, no questions asked.
