The park's immediate surroundings in Anderson provide easy access to essential amenities, including shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and local services, ensuring that daily needs are met with convenience. For those who enjoy entertainment and recreation, the park is notably "close to casinos, race track, horses," providing a variety of leisure options just a short drive away.

Beyond Anderson, the park's accessibility truly shines. • Spacious and Level Sites: Reviews highlight that the "sites are level" and can comfortably fit large rigs, including 36' travel trailers, 42' fifth wheels, and 38' Class A motorhomes "with plenty of room to spare." This suggests well-designed and accommodating individual sites.

  • Full Hookups (Implied): While not explicitly stated, for modern RV parks accommodating large rigs and long-term stays, it is standard to offer full hookups including electricity (likely 30 and 50 amp), water, and sewer connections at each site. The mention of fitting various "rigs" and "living full-time in an RV" strongly implies comprehensive utility services.

  • Responsive and Helpful Management: "Bob the landlord is an exceptional person," "Always there to help and take care of whatever you need," and "Bob is great, easy to talk to, and very helpful." This personal, attentive service is a significant "service" in itself, ensuring resident needs are addressed promptly.

Prospective residents or short-term visitors would typically confirm specific utility details (e.g., amp service, Wi-Fi availability, laundry facilities) directly with park management. However, the consistent positive experiences suggest a comprehensive and well-managed set of core RV park services.

We spent about 18 months here preparing to sell our house and launch our full-time adventure. We started with our 36' travel travel, traded to a 42' fifth wheel b/c living full-time in an RV in IN requires more indoor space and then switched to a 38' Class A motorhome just before we launched. All 3 rigs fit on these sites with plenty of room to spare! The sites are level, the wildlife is great, and the area is quiet. Easy access to I-69, whether you are heading towards Indy or Muncie. Bob is great, easy to talk to, and very helpful. We watched him build this property into a very nice place to stay!!
