For Oklahomans seeking a stable, affordable, and well-located place to call home, whether in a mobile home or an RV, Skyline Mobile Home Park in Oklahoma City presents a noteworthy option. Situated conveniently on E Reno Ave, this community offers a blend of accessibility to urban amenities and a generally peaceful living environment, making it a practical choice for a diverse range of residents.
Skyline Mobile Home Park has been a long-standing fixture in the Oklahoma City housing landscape, with some residents calling it home for over five years. This longevity speaks to the park's ability to provide a consistent and livable environment. While primarily a mobile home park where residents own their homes and lease the land, it also accommodates RVs, indicating a flexibility in its offerings to cater to different housing needs.
A key advantage repeatedly highlighted by residents is the park's prime location. It’s "only minutes to the interstate, Bricktown, downtown, and medical centers." For Oklahomans, this means unparalleled access to employment opportunities, entertainment districts like the vibrant Bricktown, cultural institutions downtown, and essential healthcare facilities. This strategic positioning significantly enhances the convenience and desirability of living at Skyline.
The park has recently undergone a change in ownership, now managed by Red River Property Management. While transitions can sometimes present challenges, a long-term resident notes that their "communication with residents is gradually getting better," suggesting a positive trajectory in management responsiveness and engagement. The ability to contact management via phone or text, and the convenience of paying rent online, indicate modern approaches to property management, which is a welcome development for residents.
Skyline Mobile Home Park fosters a sense of community, with "most of the residents are friendly but keep to themselves." This balance of neighborliness and privacy often appeals to those seeking a quiet living space. Despite its urban location, the park is "usually quiet with only occasional noise from the highway," offering a more tranquil setting than many city properties. Furthermore, the presence of residents who offer services like grass mowing for a small fee, and assistance with home maintenance or repairs, speaks to a supportive and self-sufficient community spirit within the park.
While one resident noted a need for "still a need for improvement" to rate it higher, the overall sentiment is that "it is a nice place to live." Another review specifically praises it as a "very peaceful place to live!" and credits "Stephanie" (presumably a manager) for maintaining a "very clean environment with friendly neighbors" – highlighting its positive impact on personal well-being, especially for those in recovery. This positive feedback from long-term residents underscores the park's foundational strengths as a habitable and welcoming community.
Skyline Mobile Home Park is strategically located at 3200 E Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73115, USA. This East Oklahoma City address places it in a highly advantageous position for residents, offering exceptional accessibility to key areas of the metropolitan region.
One of the most significant benefits of this location is its immediate proximity to major transportation arteries. It is "only minutes to the interstate," implying very quick access to I-35 and I-40, Oklahoma City's primary north-south and east-west interstates. This connectivity is invaluable for daily commuters, individuals needing to travel across the city, or RVers embarking on longer journeys. Easy access to the highway system streamlines travel and reduces commute times, making daily life more convenient for residents.
Beyond highway access, the park's location on E Reno Ave places it within a short distance of downtown Oklahoma City. This means residents are "only minutes to... Bricktown, downtown, and medical centers." Bricktown is the city's premier entertainment district, offering a vibrant array of restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions like the Bricktown Canal and Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Downtown Oklahoma City is the financial, governmental, and cultural heart of the city, providing numerous employment opportunities, cultural institutions, and civic services. Proximity to "medical centers" ensures quick access to healthcare facilities, which is a critical consideration for many residents.
While the location offers excellent vehicular access, one resident notes a challenge with public transportation: "if you are in need of public transportation, the closest bus stop is a few miles away at N.E. 4th and Martin Luther King Blvd." This is an important consideration for residents who rely on public transit. However, for those with personal vehicles, the park's accessibility to major hubs makes daily errands and recreational activities highly convenient.
The area surrounding E Reno Avenue also typically provides a range of local amenities, including grocery stores, gas stations, and various retail options, ensuring that residents have easy access to everyday necessities. The blend of a potentially quieter, residential atmosphere (despite occasional highway noise) with unparalleled urban connectivity makes Skyline Mobile Home Park a highly desirable location for many Oklahomans seeking a balanced lifestyle within the city.

I've lived at Skyline for over 5 years. I own a mobile home on the property. I like the location. It is only minutes to the interstate, Bricktown, downtown, and medical centers. Unfortunately, if you are in need of public transportation, the closest bus stop is a few miles away at N.E. 4th and Martin Luther King Blvd. Most of the residents are friendly but keep to themselves. The park is usually quiet with only occasional noise from the highway. The property changed ownership a couple of years ago. The park is managed by Red River Property Management. Their communication with residents is gradually getting better. You can contact them by phone or text. There is not a full-time manager on site. Rent is paid online. Each resident is responsible for maintaining their lot, which includes mowing it. Currently, there is a resident that will mow grass on your lot for $20 a month. We also have a few residents in the park that you can hire to help with maintenance or repairs on your mobile home or rv. The reason for not rating it higher than I did, is I feel there is still a need for improvement. Overall, it is a nice place to live.

Nov 23, 2024 · Ricky MatternMy brother in law lives here ! Very clean and people there are very friendly! Safe place to live ! 🖤
Apr 09, 2025 · Diana VazquezThis was a great find when I was looking for a place to stay for working in the OKC Metro area. The rates are very reasonable. Stephanie, the new manager, has done a lot to clean the place up and has zero tolerance for problem tenants who are quickly evicted. It's a nice little community of folks who are friendly and willing to help each other out.
