Customer Reviews
This used to be a nice quiet place to live, but now there is loud thumping music all times of the night, also the lot rent keeps going up, also the pool has been closed down for years even after covid. There is water pressure issues and sewer problems. There doesn't seem to be much if any maintenance being done to the upkeep of the park anymore. I could keep listing problems and I have complained to management, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.
I have lived here for many years, up until the last few years under the new owners and management it was great. Kids could have been active and safe. The bills were steady and predictable. The new management is liable raise the lot rent with hardly any notice. It was raised four times this year.when I first got the trailer the lot rent was 225 a month. Now it's 325 and going up again Not pleased. Also, the recreational gym, pool, and playground were shut down all year,,,even after the governor opened the state upjàj
I couldn’t recommend this place to a single soul. The management is absolutely terrible and running some kind scheme. They don’t even have the title to “your home” til after you pay it off. They claim they are “holding” it, but truth is your payments are making their loan payments that they have the trailer. Neighborhood is TERRIBLE, and landlord does absolutely nothing about any of it. My kids were bullied so bad! Teenage boys would pick on my girls at the basketball court, and snatch their hoverboards from them. Adults and teens both steal from your porch and Cars, on a regular basis, day or not. Chains and cameras do no good. Maintenance will help themselves to any kind of vegetables you try to grow. There truly is nothing positive I can say about this place. It was my first home purchase as a single mother and a HUGE learning lesson. Soon as a for sale sign went in my yard, my house was robbed of all the furniture. I cried tears of joy when I finally got out and done with the place.
A mostly clean park but the management don't enforce the rules of the new tenants that move in there's always loud music or construction being done after hours that is very unsettling
Great park and great management! I recommend!
