Skyline Village Manufactured Home Community in Inver Grove Heights offers a distinctive and potentially highly suitable living option for many Minnesota locals. Its appeal stems from several key factors that address common priorities for housing in the region.
Firstly, affordability is a significant advantage. Manufactured homes typically provide a more budget-friendly pathway to homeownership compared to the often-high costs of traditional housing in the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area. By owning the home and leasing the lot, residents can often enjoy the benefits of property ownership with a more manageable financial commitment, making homeownership accessible to a wider range of income levels. This allows locals to invest in their living space without the heavy financial burden of a large mortgage and property taxes on the land, freeing up resources for other aspects of life.
Secondly, the community aspect of Skyline Village is a strong draw. With amenities such as a clubhouse and playground, the park aims to foster a sense of belonging and provide opportunities for residents to connect and socialize. This can be particularly appealing to families, offering a supportive environment for children to grow up in, and for individuals seeking a more integrated neighborhood experience than often found in typical suburban developments. The pet-friendly policy further enhances its suitability for many Minnesota households, recognizing that pets are often an integral part of the family.
Finally, the strategic location in Inver Grove Heights provides the best of both worlds. Residents benefit from the quieter, more residential ambiance of a suburban community while maintaining convenient and quick access to the vast employment, educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities of St. Paul and Minneapolis. The proximity to major retailers, quality schools, and numerous parks means that daily conveniences and leisure activities are always within easy reach. For Minnesota locals seeking an affordable route to homeownership, a strong sense of community, and a well-connected location, Skyline Village Manufactured Home Community stands out as a practical and attractive choice for a comfortable and integrated lifestyle in the Twin Cities area.
Customer Reviews
My review of it at mobile home park pay the rent and hang. It’s a place to live. Enjoy my time there just treat the staff the way you wanna be treated. You be OK that’s kind of why that’s called a mobile home park you rent a lot
Most incompetent management possibly ever. If you care at all about your mental sanity please do not move here. Rent is almost at 900$ and will be raised every single year like clock work. And this is the only time you will ever hear from management. The door is always locked during business hours so if you need anything tough luck. Not to mention the water here is not safe to drink and consistently fails for radium levels. They pick and choose who and when to enforce the rules. Trying to move out is impossible and they will not communicate with you at all through out the process. Once you finally leave you will not get your deposit back either so kiss that goodbye if you choose to move here. I would never live here again even if you gave me a trailer here. Wish I could give -10/10. Scummy scummy place.
I’ve lived here for 24 years. The first 16 years were good, then they got a bunch of 3 bedroom 2 bath homes and it got downhill since. We have been without a manager for months. No spring cleanup or potholes filled and no speed dumps added. Yet in September our lot rent is going up. 😡😡😡😡
Rent is 789 and each house is discriminate white people pay less black people pay less Latinos pay more I can prove it. They always asking to rise up the rent and never fix anything looks like they never care Humberto y the other guy says we don't get paid enough.25$ per is not enough dude we need a new manager the drunker of the manager we don't need her we need another manager who is not racists all we can do here and move out and let this community to brake down and calm with prices of rent the water is not working Alot of people have water problems. They care about it all the streets are messy delicuency it's horrible last night they stole my bike when I found my bike today that was African Americans who stole my bike today. I do not recommend anyone to live here anymore after the 2002 this place where crazy.
Horrific management.. ..so the tension from that spills over onto the people that live there
