Customer Reviews
Horrible experience from when I lived there. Neighbors are filthy. One of the neighbors kept harassing us physically and emotionally, including threatening with a gun. The landlord (scumlord) knew that there was mold and roaches before we even moved in. Multiple hazards that he wouldn't fix. His "handyman" stole from us when he was finally pulling up floorboards to replace the rotten floor. We'd probably fall through the floor if we hopped a little. Scumlord refused to give our deposit back because apparently it was our fault that the place was full of mold and roaches. Oh, and there was a couple rats. Living here is not worth it. The rent is way too high (over $1000) for these hazardous conditions. Scumlord also charged us more than the other tenants. I did indeed live here. Don't deny it. Go look. I was at the yellow and white one. I myself wasn't renting, my mom was, but I was still in the lease and everything.
