I live here, wasn't impressed with the owners but they've sold the park and is now a Co-OP. I'm hoping for a better living environment where there's more understanding for the Seniors and their needs without it always being about money but more about solutions to satisfy both sides... management and residents.

The lot rents do range depending on location in the park and lot size. Friendly park staff and good service to the neighborhood, such as cleanliness and storm cleanup. Always check before you buy a manufactured home, there are lots of details so do your research.
May 05, 2019 · Adam Lee NatalI have seen a lot of these parks with rusted trucks up on blocks, and green water pools, and broken fences, and dirty, rotting trailers, so I have no argument with rules that keep this park a lovely place to live. Rules are there because some people don't mind living like the above. Who can find a place to rent for 500 a month? They plow and sand the streets so that we are safe. They keep the properties with a high value because of all those rules, since the neighborhood determines the house value of each of the properties. This is a quiet and peaceful place to live and I have always felt safe to walk around and live here. The only person I don't get along with is that cranky old.....wait, that's me. A good place to live.

Went to the office to get application and met the with the "Mgr" and told her that we would being paying cash as i also explained we had a little bit of problem with our credit and was working on it the first word out were (That could be an issue, paid the money for application fee only to get a call about 4-5 days later saying we could not be excepted . I believe she made that judgement from the time I walked through the door. Get this we are an older couple at that . Glad I looked at the reviews. My Guess out of this God forbid you don't have excellent credit, nothing like taking into consideration sometime you have good people that just happened to have had a little bump stop in there lives. Oh! and did i mention myself and my husband are seniors 62 and 65.
Apr 06, 2018 · marie franeyThey charge you huge fees and don't do much to help residents. They spend all their time writing nasty-grams to people who have a car parked crooked or a trash bin out of place. No compassion for the seniors who live there and have a hard time keeping their lawns perfect.
