Customer service was absolute trash. We were trying to purchase a home in the community and they say they're strict on dog weight but not restrictions. Well we know of 2 great Danes in the community and our dogs are only 50 pounds but would not allow us to have them there. LRE properties is who we were dealing with. Their customer service rep is rude and nothing was her fault she was rude and didn't explain much. No wonder you have modular homes sitting for over 100 days on the market. Would not recommend.

We recently purchased a trailer there for my elderly sister. The entire process was seamless. The park management has been super responsive. The park is clean and everyone we have spoken to has been friendly. I hope that she will be happy there for years to come.

Average area, seems quiet. Units are nice enough. Grandparents just moved in and the landscaping was in poor shape at best. Many dead branches 1-3 inch dia. and 3-7ft long hanging over deck and walk way. A failure of whoever manages the area.

One of the most well kept and clean manufactured home park. Management is very responsive and has amazing customer service. They are very prompt and extremely efficient.
