It's a nice place, people are friendly. Management on the other hand feels almost useless. Everytime i had a problem with electricity or water they couldn't do a single thing to help. I've also been greeted at gunpoint by a resident over a parking spot and management did nothing about the aggressive resident. Real great management(im being sarcastic)

The manager is lazy and straight trash at doing her job. This place has low stars because of her. The place is friendly. Manager is just really useless.
