Just wanted to say lived here for awhile now. The new management is amazing. Always there to help with any questions I may have. Fast on maintenance calls. Maintenance people are amazing fast efficient.

I'm in their #2 site up the road.... The new owner is a wonderful person. I've seen more improvements in the last year than I have the entire time we've lived here. Because we own, we don't get the maintenance team 😪, but I've seen them everyday working to make this place nice.

Good place to live. Friendly neighbors. Lived here for 4 years. Nice area. Dogs roaming around but its ok. Every trailer park has cats so it's straight. Management kicks people out for No reason sometimes the mexicans party for a while but its ok I love it here

Nice trailers... The ones not abandoned. Neighbors are horrible here, stray cats trash every where. People drunk harassing you. Management acts clueless about issues, it's been going down hill for past two years. No peaceful living as advertised by far.l

Neighborhood is full of roaches and cats and they dont do any sort of pest control, they never check your filters each month which burned out my heating unit and almost set my place on fire, overpriced for a dumpy place. So glad im getting out of here
