Me and my buddy decided to move out and then move in together at 18. We found this community and thought it was a good place to go. We found one we liked and they pushed us into a different one that was a little lesser. They said it was move in ready but turns out it was not… the office said they would replace the broken garage disposal when we first moved in. It’s been three months. Counter tops are loose. Vent covers are missing. And there was no dryer vent. Keep in mind we were told this would all be fixed/replaced when we first moved in. I’ve been bugging them for about two weeks just to fix the dryer vent issue.
I have lived in this Community for 14 years, my husband has lived here 17 years. Don't move in here! Since March 2023 Cambio purchased the Park, I have had nothing but stress and aggravation from the Manager and now the Regional Manager! My whole Summer has been ruined! Remember they can sell you a home...but they own the Lot! They have no clue what's going on and are making up rules as they go along and are acting like Dictators towards us in particular! All they care about is moving new homes in here and selling them, not the residents! I think an owner needs to come out and straighten this place out before us old timers start to move! This is the rental I live next too! My husband has closed the front door multiple times because it is broken and we have to hear it when the wind blows. This is how management leaves it after they are there. Plus they kept dumpsters there for the whole Community to use all times of the day and night. This view is from my living room. The home was vacated in April 2023, after discovering bed bugs, they left bags on the back porch. I worked with the Manager Chloe from May to July and now I've been working with the Regional Manager Linda August through current??? October 11, 2023 Only half of my driveway was poured and still isn't finished. My husband has actually lived here 18 years and I have lived here 15. I looked it up to verify it. Cambio is also trying to take part of our lot we have 5 feet on the left side! They started mowing 2" from our house, now they have given us 23" back! I have a gas meter over there and I need to be able to mow around it. They are making up rules, and still have yet to produce a rule book! I could go on and on, but mentally it is exhausting 😴!!!

I have been in Whittaker Oaks since 2019. I purchased a different home March this year 2023. A new company had taken over and I had things promised to me from the departing company that I did not get. I explained my situation to new owners and talked to Ms. Linda who fixed all my issues with no hesitation. She did not have to do that and I'll be forever grateful and appreciative. She didn't even ask questions just honored what I'd previously been promised which showed what kind of person she is. I will never forget her kindness and professionalism. Chloe has also been amazing to me. I have went to the office for advice on situations and she stops what she is doing and listens whole heartedly, as well as offers advice needed. She has also recommended great people to help me opposed to getting over on people like I have experienced in the past. She is a great resource, and a good person. I will always be appreciative and recommend Whittaker Oaks. Management and staff are A1 and I will vouch for them always.
My mother has lived here for over 11 years. I have lived here for about 7. Even though we have gone through multiple owners of the park it is still a good place to live. Iys generally quiet, kid friendly, and safe. It's pet friendly and the prices are fair. The water rates are high but that is a Township issue and not based on the park itself.
