lived here 7 years and honestly it’s been a horrible experience. were only raising rent by $5 a year randomly raised it by $25. constantly shutting water off. constant fluctuations in water bill, goes from $100 then jumps to $300 the next month (has happened to multiple people in the park) the management team is rude, and suck terribly at their job. if you’re looking to live here i highly suggest against it. Recently the park has been taken over by new management. Which quite frankly is worse than before. The rules are far too strict for an already trashy trailer park. Rules consist of no working on cars, no children playing in street (we barely have yards.) AND to top it off if you have a guest staying with you it’s $300 extra in rent PER MONTH!! This is absolutely ridiculous and i am so ashamed with management. Again, i highly recommend not moving here if you’re considering. You get sucked in then can never leave because they take so much money!! Not to mention the roads are absolutely horrible and i’ve popped my tires 3 TIMES. Pool is rarely open even on the hottest days. They speak down to residents and honestly the park looks very ghetto.

Been here 24 years and this new ownership sucks!! I believe the rent and all the add ones are to get low income and fixed income tenants out. The 1 new rule is crazy No Babysitting! I do not babysit.I can see that for those renting their homes but those of us that own our homes should not be told what we can and cannot do inside our homes. I do not use amenities but I'm still paying for them. I barely use the roads only get out 1 time a month but I'm paying for all the roads also. All these new fees are ridiculous!

I have lived here for 4 years. I have to say it is a great place to live. Some think it is bad saying about the rules, if you do what is asked of you then you will not get a notice. I have gotten them for power washing my home. I did it was over with. This is just one man's opinion.

Do not recommend, lived here for over 5 years… park was very decent in the beginning but has gone extremely down hill. Management absolutely sucks. Megan is extremely snarky, and does not know how to talk to people… the new regional manager is even worse.. over heard both talking about residents when entering office to address issues. On street parking is a constant ordeal even though every lot has a drive way (let’s pray emergency vehicles never need to get through) write ups recently are absolutely ridiculous. Majority of the trailers look like trap trailers. Very few are up-kept and nicely decorated. Roads are CRAZY! Pool is never opened. Half the time you call office you can not get someone to answer. Voicemails are never returned. Upon investigation found out the new manager was previously a store manager, has zero experience in property management and you can tell. Both Megan and Regional Manager goes into residences homes. This has been observed on several occasions. Maintenance man is always at Regional Managers home when her husband isn’t home. Speeding is a big factor, a child will eventually be severely hurt due to this. Favoritism plays into how management treats you. Spoke to numerous tenants and neighbors, and a lot are seeking to move their trailer into Green Acres. Various cars sitting without plates or tags. I seriously could continue with this novel, however.. I feel like anyone who reads will see.. this is not a place for you! If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would do that.
