I lived here for 23 years. It was a quite safe and clean place to raise my four kids. I understand it is now an all senior community but in the 1990's up to 2010 when we moved to Derry Township it was not. Neighbors were friendly and got along well. The lot rent was reasonable and affordable. We miss our neighbors at Candlelight Estates.
