Situated just a short drive from the vibrant heart of Fort Worth, this community presents an opportunity for residents to enjoy the tranquility of rural life while maintaining convenient access to urban amenities.

A mobile home park, often referred to as a manufactured home community, provides an alternative housing option for individuals and families. Residents typically own their manufactured home but lease the lot it sits on, which often includes access to community-managed services and facilities. Joshua Ranchettes Estates positions itself as a place where community and quiet living are prioritized. While every community evolves, the fundamental aim of such a park is to offer a structured, safe, and clean environment for its residents. The park's management strives to uphold certain standards to ensure a pleasant living experience for everyone.

The concept of a "ranchette" often evokes images of spacious lots and a relaxed, semi-rural lifestyle, and this is the atmosphere Joshua Ranchettes Estates aims to cultivate. It's a place where you can enjoy the benefits of homeownership at a potentially lower cost than traditional stick-built homes, all within a neighborhood setting. For Texans looking for a practical and community-oriented place to settle down, especially those valuing a quieter pace with access to a reputable school district, Joshua Ranchettes Estates presents an option worth considering.

If u don't mind your property getting tore up by kids and because of a language barrier Officer Bright would not even look into it. So it continues. This place is a joke. They run it like it's a home owners association. It's a trailer park, nobody is bragging about living here. They refuse to give out the trailer park rules and regulations. This place wasn't always such a bad place to live. I think these kind of people are in the wrong profession. They like to have power over people and tell them what to do, maybe you should have been in city government.

I have been out here 10 years and this used to be a wonderful community. A nice quiet place where people could retire and enjoy country living. Now, I guess the city folk decide to move on in and they bring their loud booming car stereos blasting late at night, cats running all over the place and people speeding through the neighborhood. Breaks my heart.

I don't ever want to move! The community is great, it's peaceful and safe. The neighbors are great and social. My landlord is always there quickly if I have an issue. I plan to try to buy one of the homes here in the future!

Massive drug issue. The fix it man is selling drugs and using. Two other tenants are selling drugs. Police do not care and the owner does not care. I consider living there at one point. After seeing my friends experience it became clear that this is not a place to be. The owner sold a trailer to a tenant with out repairing it ( not my friends). They agreed to repair it and the repairs have not been completed in a timely manner (tenant told me it has been 7 months) . I spoke with the tenant before writing this review. My friends trailer had an attempted robbery twice and nothing was done to assist in fixing the issue. I also heard second hand that another ternate was given a gun by the owner to defend her self instead of actual help. I have spoken with three other people who have noted the drug problem with the fix it man. This has potential to be a really nice area, but the drugs have been a major issue. With out cleaning that up this place will just rot in it's own time. There are other location to rent that are close in price. It really is a shame because there is so much potential here. My experience interacting with the management of this park has been overwhelming negative. The land and the country feel is nice. That is about the only positive. A lot of the comments feel safe, but that is likely the police drive by the owner has going on. It has done nothing. As a response to the owner response: I have the right place; the park is owned by Larry Taylor. Your team and park have a massive drug problem and you have had 3 brake-ins. I have had two people in the park offer me drugs. I have contacted the authorities and nothing is productive. As much as you may wish to damage control the situation. I will not stand for it until you and your staff do the right thing. Clean your selves up and get off drugs. I hate dishonesty and that is what you have just shown me. This is not a professional response to a honest review. It is someone hiding a problem that is entirely solvable.... I am sorry you have chosen such a poor path to follow. May god help you and your staff kick the habit.
