- On-site Laundry Facilities: A key amenity highlighted by a past customer is the "good" laundry facilities. This is a practical and convenient service for all campers, particularly those on extended stays, allowing them to do their laundry without leaving the park.
- Electricity Billing for Monthly Stays: For monthly visitors, electricity is billed separately, typically at a reasonable rate (e.g., 10 cents per KWH as mentioned in a review). This structure allows for transparency in utility usage and often results in lower overall monthly costs compared to nightly rates with bundled electricity.
- On-Site Host: The presence of an "On-site Host" who is "always available and helpful" is a significant service. This indicates a level of personal assistance and park management that can be invaluable for addressing concerns, providing local information, or handling any issues that may arise during a stay.
- Basic, Simple, and Quiet Environment: While not a 'service' in the traditional sense, the park's commitment to providing a "basic, simple, quiet park" environment is a core offering. This caters to RVers who prioritize tranquility over extensive amenities or bustling activity.
- Monthly Rental Options: The park clearly offers monthly rental options, as evidenced by customer reviews detailing monthly payments and electric deposits. This is a crucial service for individuals or families needing an extended stay in the area.

Based on the provided customer reviews, Lake Ray Roberts RV Park does not explicitly advertise traditional "promotions" or "special offers" in the sense of seasonal discounts or loyalty programs that are widely publicized. Instead, its primary appeal and value proposition for guests, especially locals seeking extended stays, revolve around its competitive and transparent monthly pricing structure.
The park's core "offer" is its affordable monthly rate, which is designed to be attractive for longer-term residents. One review explicitly states paying "$525 for the month," which positions it as a cost-effective option for those needing an extended stay in the Pilot Point area. This monthly rate, coupled with electricity billed separately at a reasonable rate (e.g., "10 cents a KWH for monthly stay, quite reasonable"), forms the primary financial incentive. This billing method allows guests to only pay for the electricity they consume, which can be more economical than bundled rates at other parks, depending on individual usage.
It's important to note the mention of a "$100 electric deposit" and a "$15 debit/credit card fee" in one review. While these are not promotions, they are part of the park's pricing policy that potential visitors should be aware of. The credit/debit card fee, in particular, was highlighted as a negative point by one customer.
Prospective guests interested in the most current pricing, availability, and any potential changes to policies (like the debit/credit card fee) should directly contact Lake Ray Roberts RV Park. As a privately owned park, their pricing and any occasional special arrangements would be handled directly through their on-site management. While there might not be flashy promotions, the consistent offering of an affordable, quiet, and well-managed base for extended stays is its defining "special offer" for the local Texan RVer.

This isn't a bustling resort with endless amenities; it’s a serene retreat where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the peace of your surroundings. For locals seeking a dependable and calm base, this emphasis on quietude is a major draw, allowing for genuine rest and rejuvenation.
The affordability of its monthly rates is another compelling reason for Texans to consider this park. It’s a solid option for establishing a temporary home base while exploring the rich offerings of the region.
Customer Reviews
Stayed here a month while visiting some family. Just a basic, simple, quiet park. On-site Host was always available and helpful. Laundry was good. Electricity was billed at 10 cents a KWH for monthly stay, quite reasonable.
Stayed for a month in April while my wife and I were in the area for a wedding. Paid $525 for the month + $100 electric deposit & $15 “debit/credit card fee” Pros: Clean RV park, mostly friendly neighbors, Cons: 1. A $15 fee for using a credit or debit card is outrageous. 2. electricity is double the price of other resorts we’ve stayed at. 3. when we left, I asked about the policy of getting my $100 electric deposit back. The owner stated that they’d do a final meter read and either give me the balance or charge my card for the remainder of what I owed. Six days after we left, I sent her our new address. She then informed me that we were due a $48.60 refund. She also informed me that they were out of checks so she’d have to wait until she got new ones in on Monday. 10 days later I still hadn’t received my refund of the electric deposit and I sent her another text. She informed me that she mailed it out the week before. (Quick note: my wife and I have received multiple pieces of mail at this new address, so I know we’re able to get mail without issues) 7 days after that I STILL hadn’t received the check and I reached out again. She said she would stop payment on the check and send out another. 12 days after that and I STILL have not received a check from her for the balance of our refund. It has now been over 5 weeks since my wife and I left the park and yet we can’t get a $48.60 refund when we were expected to pay $640 within minutes of entering the park. When my wife and I come back into the area, we will be finding another place to bring our business.
This is a great community of RV'ERS, and the park is maintained nicely. Very quiet, too. If you love the country, this is the perfect RV PARK. So close to Lake Ray Roberts. There is storage and a very clean club house with weekly activities and a nice laundry area. The owners are amazing. We are so happy we found this little gem, and for us, we love watching the cows and nature in general.
Very quiet little rv park. Would recommend coming in the cooler months if you don't have means to keep the rv cool during 100+ degree days as there are no shade trees on the lots. Very friendly staff and neighbors, all are retired or families that I have seen. Would recommend paying cash so you don't have to pay the extra CC fee. Very reasonable prices for a week to week. Not sure what the prices are for any longer than that. Would be 5 stars if they had awnings for shade or something to help combat the heat.
Perfect for a short or long stay good people times and close to town highly recommend it !🤠
