Manufactured homes, which are built in factories and then transported to their final sites, often provide a more cost-effective alternative to traditional site-built homes, while still offering modern features and customizable layouts. This makes them an attractive option for those seeking homeownership without the higher price tag.

The community is managed by Roots Management Group, which has a stated mission of positively transforming manufactured housing communities. Reviews from current tenants suggest that this new management is actively working towards improving the park, focusing on cleanliness and community spirit. While acknowledging that improvements take time, residents express optimism about the ongoing changes, noting that the community is "becoming a better place week by week." I am a tenant of Lakeside Landing. I enjoy my neighbors. The management is wonderful. Both Kaitlyn and Amber in the office are awesome. I understand that they have both Lakeside and Sleepy to attend to, so they can’t always be in the office. Although just call and Amber or Kaitlyn will answer, as long as it’s not on lunch. Been though many different managements and out of all the previous owners that have bought since we moved in Roots has been doing their best to get all the trash out. Since just started it’s going slow but in hopes things will pick up. When this cold weather is over maybe the community can get together and get to know one another. It’s becoming a better place week by week. When I go for my walks I tend to pick up trash that others have thrown out the vehicle. There are trash cans at the mailboxes also 4 up at the office for use. We are all grownups and should be able to keep our home land safe and clean.

I’ve been living here for exactly 2 months and have absolutely no complaints. Quiet environment, friendly staff and neighbors, as well as minutes away from the main hwy! I plan to stay for a while!

I'm so sick and tired of corporate just writting an apology for everything. Nothing has change. Residents Complaint about rent, about management never answering the phone. office always being closed, and no improvement have been made. This place has gone down hill and its getting worse by the day. Have you ever realize as a corporate office who in your team really cares about the resident. If the owner wants his company to grow. No one really cares I guess. I highly recommended a place where they care about you . Not here. Run if you can.

Would not recommend living in this place. It's run down and they don't care. And when you have a problem, good luck getting ahold of the management office. They won't answer the phone. They seem to be out to lunch every time you go up there for help.

Yeah this place just isn’t it. The management and staffing are non responsive, barley able to get a hold of, and not very thorough when they check to see when people pay rent on time. I have had this issue every-time I pay rent here and I’ve been living here since July. Each month I go to turn in rent we get an eviction notice on our door saying we haven’t while I have plenty receipts to show otherwise. I would really appreciate it if they could keep up with the rent payments a little better because its embarrassing for one, time consuming and stressful to constantly be worrying about an eviction when you know you’ve paid rent when it was needed to be paid. Better staff in the office would help this place tremendously.
