This parks management is amazing the ppl that are on the board, amazing they went above and beyond when I chose my lot the last tenant broke the electrical and water for that space knowing I was set on the lot they spent whatever money to have plumbers and electricians to have the spot ready for me nice ppl and they are improving the park each and every day. Great experience all around .
Its an older park and always appears to be well kept. Used to be easy access to Walmart and CVS and 98 North; However, in a few weeks that will all change dramatically for residents. A huge apartment complex will be adding to the already choas of getting out on US98. The traffic. Already terrible with 2 lanes going north(?) and only 1 lane used to across 98 and head south. Between Walmart during season and this complex the traffic will be horrendous.. Why no one could see this prior to giving contract for this... astounds me.. and everyone else. Terrible county planning. Sad for all of us that live west of 98.
