Lincoln Park North Mobile Home Rentals and RV Park About

For Oklahomans navigating the diverse housing and temporary lodging landscape within Oklahoma City, Lincoln Park North Mobile Home Rentals and RV Park presents an option that combines the accessibility of an urban location with the offerings of both mobile home rentals and RV spaces. While feedback can be varied, understanding what this park provides, particularly its location benefits, can help prospective residents and RVers determine if it aligns with their needs.

Lincoln Park North Mobile Home Rentals and RV Park is situated in Oklahoma City, making it part of a vibrant metropolitan area with a wide array of amenities and attractions. The park's dual nature, offering both long-term mobile home rentals and transient RV spots, aims to cater to a diverse clientele, from those seeking a semi-permanent residence to RV travelers needing a convenient stop.

One notable aspect highlighted in a customer review points to the park's convenient location: "It is very nice hidden gem close to town close to Brick town and Remington Park Kind of tucked away but easy to get the highway in any direction." This suggests that despite being within an urban environment, the park offers a degree of seclusion while maintaining excellent connectivity. For many Oklahomans, balancing quiet living with quick access to city hotspots like the lively Bricktown Entertainment District or the excitement of Remington Park is a significant advantage.

However, it's also important to acknowledge that customer experiences can vary, and some feedback indicates challenges with the application process and management communication. One reviewer described an "absolutely horrible experience," citing high application fees and deposit requirements, as well as dissatisfaction with denial and lack of disclosure. While this highlights a potential area for concern, it's also crucial for prospective residents to conduct their own due diligence, including direct communication with management and perhaps speaking with current tenants, to form a comprehensive understanding.

The existence of both mobile home rentals and RV spaces means the park serves different segments of the market. Mobile home rentals typically appeal to individuals or families seeking more stable, affordable housing compared to traditional apartments or homes, often for extended periods. RV parks, on the other hand, cater to transient travelers, often for shorter stays, or long-term RV residents who prefer this lifestyle. Lincoln Park North aims to bridge these two needs within one location.

This overview aims to provide a balanced and factual introduction to Lincoln Park North Mobile Home Rentals and RV Park, drawing from both the positive aspects of its location and the concerns raised in customer feedback. Understanding these points can help Oklahomans make informed decisions when considering their housing or RV parking options in Oklahoma City.

Location and Accessibility

Lincoln Park North Mobile Home Rentals and RV Park is centrally located at 5299 N Beverly Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73105, USA. This address places it in the northeastern part of Oklahoma City, an area that offers a blend of residential tranquility and convenient access to major urban attractions and transportation arteries. The strategic location is a significant highlight for both mobile home residents and RV travelers.

As noted in a review, the park is a "hidden gem close to town close to Bricktown and Remington Park." This proximity is a major advantage. Bricktown, Oklahoma City's premier entertainment district, is known for its vibrant nightlife, diverse restaurants, canal rides, and the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Remington Park, Oklahoma's premier horse racing track and casino, offers entertainment and gaming opportunities. Being "close to" these popular destinations means residents and guests can easily enjoy Oklahoma City's leisure and entertainment without long commutes.

Furthermore, the park is described as "Kind of tucked away but easy to get the highway in any direction." This is crucial for accessibility. Its position near major roadways such as I-35 and I-44 allows for quick and easy travel throughout Oklahoma City and beyond. Whether commuting for work, heading out for supplies, or embarking on a longer RV journey, the park's connectivity to the highway system minimizes travel time and maximizes convenience.

Beyond entertainment, the location provides access to essential services and amenities. Within a reasonable driving distance, residents will find grocery stores, medical facilities, schools, shopping centers, and other everyday necessities. The proximity to areas like Lincoln Park (not the same as the RV park name, but a nearby geographic marker) suggests a well-established urban environment with existing infrastructure.

For RVers, the ease of access to the highway system is particularly beneficial for short-term stays, making it a viable overnight stop for those traveling through Oklahoma City. For mobile home residents, the blend of a seemingly secluded residential feel with direct urban connectivity offers a balanced living experience.

Its suitability for locals hinges on a few crucial factors.

Firstly, the park's location is its strongest asset. Being "tucked away but easy to get the highway in any direction" provides a highly convenient base within Oklahoma City. For residents and RVers alike, this means quick access to major interstates for commuting or travel, while potentially offering a more secluded and less chaotic environment than highly exposed urban properties. For local RVers who need a temporary base while in OKC, or even a semi-permanent spot, the RV park aspect offers a convenient solution within the city limits, which can be rarer than outside urban areas.

While the negative feedback regarding application fees, deposits, and communication should be carefully considered, the park's sustained operation implies it meets the needs of a segment of the local population. For individuals who are prepared to thoroughly investigate the application process and have direct conversations with management about their policies, the locational advantages and the blend of housing options could outweigh the reported difficulties.

Ultimately, Lincoln Park North Mobile Home Rentals and RV Park could be suitable for Oklahomans who prioritize an urban-accessible location, appreciate being close to city attractions, and are seeking either an affordable mobile home rental or a convenient RV spot within Oklahoma City. It is particularly well-suited for those who have specific reasons to be in this part of the city and are willing to engage directly with the park's management to ensure all terms and conditions are clearly understood before committing.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place. I paid $140 in application fees (which is WAY more than most HOUSES). This place and the management is extremely shoddy. They wanted a $350 deposit for the tiniest slot for my RV. I was denied for an eviction (that’s was not mine) and “other things” that they would not disclose with me. Then refused to even talk to me after. I talked to some tenants that live there currently and none of them had good things to say about living there. Save yourself the money and stress there are WAY better places to be.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. It took a couple of hours to get a hold of the manager, but he called me back after I had left a voicemail. He was very nice and we met within 15 mins of our phone call. They do REQUIRE a background check which cost out of pocket but this is how they keep the small community safe. I personally would pay the small one time fee to know I’m in a decent area. I’ve lived there for almost three months now with ZERO issues. I simply give them a check monthly and that’s it. My neighbors have all been very nice and mostly retired older people. I highly recommend if you want a long term location in a very awesome location. Only 3 miles from downtown and rent is cheap enough for the area. 5 out of 5!

I moved here from out of state to attend school here. The staff here at the park have helped me out tremendously. From helping me install Plumbing in my RV to helping me add an electrical line outside. Jared has always been there to help me out and give me needed advice. It kind of makes this place feel like home and I know if anything goes south he's got my back. I can't complain about the neighbors either, nice quiet little place.
