Very glad I moved here it is a nice safe and friendly community. Management is very good and maintenance is quick and efficient.

Fraud. They sold me an inhabitable mobile home. Manager is very childish. I had to evacuate 5 weeks later. Before I even bought the manager was asked questions about the major components of the home, she lied. I have proof. I was willing to pay more, to move to a different home, the owners apparently were conveyed the wrong messages. And didn't reply to me at all. Hot water heater, furnace, and stove all leaking gas. None of which was my problem. Seems you are replying on here. I just want my $1000 down payment back. Thank you

Very nice community! Clean and well kept. The property manager is always on the job and cares a great deal about the park and its residents!

Great community and the current management team has surely done a major turn around!!

I use to live there until the lot rent went up. I'm like if I have to pay that much I could just buy a house for a cheaper price.
