Are you looking for a place to call home in Wichita Falls, Texas, that offers a sense of community, affordability, and convenience? Then look no further than Rolling Hills Trailer Park. Mobile home communities have evolved significantly, moving beyond outdated stereotypes to become vibrant, well-maintained neighborhoods that provide a fantastic alternative to traditional housing. Rolling Hills Trailer Park is a prime example of this transformation, offering a welcoming environment for individuals and families alike.
Living in a mobile home park can provide numerous advantages, especially for those seeking more affordable living options without sacrificing comfort or community. In Texas, where the cost of living can vary, mobile home parks often present an accessible entry point into homeownership or a stable rental solution. They typically offer lower purchase prices for manufactured homes and reduced ongoing expenses compared to traditional site-built homes, including potentially lower property taxes (as residents often own the home but lease the land). This affordability is a significant draw for many Texans looking to manage their budgets effectively while still enjoying the benefits of a private residence.
Beyond the financial benefits, mobile home communities often foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging. Residents frequently enjoy shared amenities and organized activities that encourage interaction and friendship among neighbors. It's a place where kids can find playmates and adults can build supportive relationships, creating a tight-knit atmosphere that can be harder to find in more transient rental markets or sprawling suburban developments.
Wichita Falls, situated in North Texas, offers a blend of urban conveniences and a relaxed pace of life. Being in Wichita Falls means residents of Rolling Hills Trailer Park have access to the city's various offerings, including shopping centers, dining establishments, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. The accessibility of the park to these essential services is a key benefit, reducing travel time and enhancing the overall quality of life for its residents. Whether you're heading to work, taking the kids to school, or simply enjoying a day out, the central location of Rolling Hills Trailer Park helps make it all easier.
It's important to note that while one review highlights significant positive changes, another indicated some areas for improvement regarding general upkeep and trash disposal. This suggests that while efforts have been made, ongoing maintenance and communication are key aspects of the community.
Calling ahead to schedule a visit or to speak with management about your specific needs is highly recommended. This will allow you to get the most up-to-date information and determine if Rolling Hills Trailer Park is the right fit for you.
The financial advantages of mobile home living, such as potentially lower housing costs compared to traditional homes, make it an attractive choice for those looking to maximize their budget without sacrificing quality of life. The sense of community often found in mobile home parks can also be a significant benefit, fostering neighborly connections and a supportive atmosphere.
While individual experiences may vary, the reported dedication to overhauling and improving the park suggests a positive trajectory for Rolling Hills Trailer Park. Its convenient location in Wichita Falls ensures easy access to local amenities, schools, and services, making daily life more manageable and enjoyable. For locals seeking a stable, affordable, and improving residential community where they can truly feel at home, Rolling Hills Trailer Park is certainly worth considering as a viable and welcoming option in North Texas.

The whole Park has been completely revamped...from hauling off the old and dilapidated trailer houses and replacing them with newer mobile homes, to completely redesigning the entire layout of the place. New residential streets, lights and lawnscaping to boot! Mr. Zajac took pride in that project and ABSOLUTELY did the community a huge service in doing so!
Feb 02, 2021 · Earnest GivensThe only reason I would give this place one star is because we were able to park and hook up water and sewer. Tv not work place is uncared for andbis the pits. The owners was never there we could not find anywhere to dump trash and we did not know where to leave the unreasonable amount of money charges for this dump of 35.0o so we put it in a metal mailbox we assumed collected the money. There is a really nice place right down the road across from loves. It was full so we had no choice. Go there. Call by 5 pm for a spot
Nov 29, 2017 · Donna AlexanderLast summer had new owners was cleaned up for about 3 months went back to original owners now as of a few days ago definitely have new owners same owners from across street, some of us were handed out tickets most tenants most likely have to move or be evicted including a Vietnam veteran living here for 30 years it will be cleared out and rebuilt. What was 3125 9th st Rolling hills trlr park is no longer in existence from what I heard most of the trailers have been demolished including mine if any are left they will be gone in a few days everyone that wanted us out instead helping got their wish in the beginning to have to move out was done the wrong way but now they understood somethings but too late would be nice to be compensated for having to move I'm not going to worry about the others they need to be compensated
Jun 23, 2022 · Michael Lloyd McConnellThis place should have been condemmed years ago. 30 mobile home firetraps, no one but transients live there. Nothing up to code, feces leaking onto the ground from stopped up septic tanks, rats, mice, bedbug, roach, nursery, and owners never come by and keep up property. An eyesore, firehazard, dumping raw sewage into drains and worse. Its a miracle this place hasnt burned down.
Nov 22, 2018 · Bob PalmaThat's not a trailer park! the lot should be cleared and the few residents that do reside there should find a rehab facility and jobs. It's a disgrace that they charge people to live there!
