Great campground Very clean and well kept. We found this stop off of I-20 and were very pleased. Lindsey is wonderful to work with. The amenities are very nice and well maintained. The Village at the Greens is a wonderful RV community. I have lived here since Sept 2024 and it has been a great choice. There is convenient access to I-20 going both East and West via FM1995, the park is well maintained and everyone watches out for each other. Paul, the onsite maintenance guy, is very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any issues, He also keeps the lots mowed and looking nice. Lindsey, the park manager, will address any concerns or questions immediately. The amenities are great, whether you use the pool area, laundry, restrooms/showers, or gym.
We had to find a RV park for my father in law and we went with this place after looking at several. Lindsey is super nice & keep things in order. Paul the ground keeper also a jack of all trades make sure everything is top notch. He even checks in on my father in law. Kelly is the IT guy that's very helpful as well. Nice pool and Laundry room. You can even have your propane tanks filled there. If anyone is looking for a RV spot or even rent to own options they offer that as well. They just added cover spots to protect your Expensive trailers. I highly recommend this place!
I have made this RV Park my home now for over 3 Years. The amenities are wonderful. It has a swimming pool, clean laundry facilities and bathrooms, ice machine, propane, dog park, playground, volleyball court, and much more. It’s kid and pet friendly. Paul the maintenance supervisor is always willing to help/fix anything and everything with your own RV. He keeps the park looking great. The park manager Lindsey is always helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The location is easy access to I20.
Recently did a 6 month stay here and enjoyed every minute. Nice quiet atmosphere with great amenities. Only 25 minutes from downtown Tyler and easy access to I20!! Lindsey the manager is awesome! She was easy to contact and super responsive .Definitely would stay again. Always felt safe which means a lot to a single female .
