VA Norfolk Mobile Home Community About

For many residents across Virginia, the search for housing that is both affordable and situated in a desirable location can be a complex endeavor. In the vibrant city of Norfolk, a key part of the expansive Hampton Roads region, mobile home parks often present a unique and accessible solution. These communities offer manufactured homes, which have continually evolved to provide comfortable, modern living spaces, presenting a viable alternative to traditional single-family homes or apartment living. Embracing mobile home living often means finding a balance between cost-effectiveness and the desire for a sense of community.

In Virginia, the landscape of manufactured home communities is shaped by important regulations, most notably the Virginia Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act. This legislation is designed to establish clear guidelines for both residents and park management, covering aspects such as lot rental agreements, community rules, and the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved. Understanding this framework is a crucial step for prospective residents, as it provides a degree of transparency and helps ensure a structured and fair living environment within these communities.

The provided customer reviews offer a mixed, yet insightful, perspective on life within the park. The new management went up the price but didn’t make anything better. Snow was coming and no salt was being spread out. Even after the snow, no one calls anyone to shove all the snow away on the road. There is no way that you can reach to the manager or the owner. Money hungry people and irresponsible.
