It's more than just a place to park your RV or pitch a tent; it's a community where families can connect with nature and each other.

Michigan's diverse landscape, from its stunning Great Lakes shores to its dense forests and charming small towns, provides an abundance of camping opportunities. Sturgis, a city in St. Joseph County, offers a quintessential Southwest Michigan experience, blending natural beauty with convenient access to local attractions. Amigo Park capitalizes on this, providing a serene setting while remaining within easy reach of regional points of interest that appeal to all ages. Good quiet park. Close enough to shipshewana for us. Also close enough to the alligator sanctuary. Site line can be a little hard to distinguish. Bathhouse is a little dated but works fine. Nice access to the lake as well as a good beach.

Been coming here since I was little, but the owner just gets more and more rude, even if they don't know you. I won't be giving my money to this place by showing up at this campground again, because the unfriendliness has gone too far. I don't like being treated so rudely when I'm trying to have a good vacation. Take your money elsewhere and support a place that actually has friendly owners.
