This place has some pretty… interesting business policies. Please make sure to do your due diligence before purchasing and renting a trailer in this community. Maybe under the advisory of legal council. Otherwise the park is pretty clean, and the staff is nice.
Jan 18, 2025 · Vincent VegaIt’s been almost a year living in this park. Overall we have had a pleasant experience. Great area with park near by for children, neighbors are quiet, low/no crime rate, nice playground that was just built within the community, close mailboxes, but there are also some disappointing aspects. 1. No area to put a shed or outdoor storage, also a lot of rules you have to follow prior to putting up a shed. 2. Had multiple issues (some still unresolved) with our BRAND NEW home… ac not hooked up, hose hookup not ran, broken thermostat, no screen door (unresolved), back door not installed correctly (unresolved), kitchen sink plumbing leak, scratches on counter tops, ect. Ect… all of this was reported within 48 hrs of the home purchase and a lot of it we had to fix ourselves or are still waiting on the park to fix. 3. No visitor parking… there are constantly cars parked up and down the streets but we got a warning the one day we had a car parked infront of our home… “no cars shall be parked on street or grass” but there is not a visitor parking area they are expected to park on surrounding city streets… meaning no overnight guests. Overall I would recommend living here, but be sure that the day you purchase your home do the walk through and bring the issues back to them the SAME day and do it in person.
Oct 01, 2024 · jeana hendersonThis is a fun place....with some very nice people in both the office and as residents. Newer homes arriving more often now....spacious, clean, some room to grill, have a container garden, or just to sit and enjoy the weather- whatever type that you may like.
Jul 19, 2024 · D GehlingVery unprofessional, they don't like if you have visitors and will photograph everything you do wrong and write you up for everything.
Apr 02, 2021 · Carrie ButlerIf I could give 0 stars I would, this is probably one of the worst places to live. Many people here are not nice, the landlord also does nothing if you complain about a problem... Rent is also 500 something dollars(idk the exact amount).
