Rather than frequent, external special offers, the advantage lies in competitive monthly fees and the benefits of shared ownership and management. Prospective residents typically purchase a share in the association, along with their mobile home, which contributes to the collective ownership of the common areas and amenities.

Any "promotions" would likely involve the competitive pricing of individual mobile homes for sale within the park by their owners, or potentially a welcoming incentive for new share purchasers, though this would need to be confirmed directly with the Association. The monthly fees, which cover the maintenance of common areas, amenities, and often some shared utilities, are designed to be reasonable for residents. It is crucial to contact the Association directly for the most current information on share prices, monthly fees, and any available homes.

They have no cell service in park, that's what I do. Fix dead cell zones in each Mobile home for only $200 and everyone is pleasant and happy .Not a bunch of northern snob's.
